i created an account in 2013 and i don't remember my (secret password). If im calling Origin support and i got Contact out of reach mileyfrustrated: i am couting on your help and thanks for reading ... this

Once on the support site, click on the flag in the top left corner and select your country. If yours is not listed, you may need to place an international call. Read more about it here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/

If you do not know the answer to your current SQ then you will not be able to change it yourself ,click the link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/ for a Live Chat with an advisor or a callback.
-then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed,entering the name on the search bar to the right,if it's an account issue select Origin
-on the next page you will see a bunch of articles.
-scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.
-click this and you choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue.
-you will then have your options available, a Live Chat with an advisor or a callback.

You need to enable Javascript to start live chat.
-try to use Internet Explorer
-make sure Javascripts are enabled.
Must set your location as US for it to activate.have you changed your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen when at http://help.ea.com/contactus ? If you have not already set it's time to do it,to use Live Chat.
