help with redeem code!!!!!

Hi I have got a redeem code for the ea access for my Xbox one,, I have tried to enter my access code and it comes up saying that it is incorrect.
I got the code with battlefield one, and the shop I brought it from said there is nothing that they can do,, can someone help me please
