having problem downloding stuff pack

i got a Sims 4 cash card today...so i can get the bowling stuff pack. well got it but i can't downlode the stuff pack

So what exactly do you mean you cannot install it?

Go to your games library in Origin and see if it is there, then see if you have the option to download it. 

Is it not registering that you bought it or something?

And you have to log out of the game to download it, I felt I should say that just in case, haha!
