foriegn security question on my security settings how to report this

hi i have a foriegn securty question on my security settings have tried to reset this but keeps coming up with this question as in a foriegn language i do not understand has some one tried to hack my account ?

Yes someone has, and it seems like they succeeded? Please contact an EA Game Advisor right away to regain control!

• In the upper right corner, choose your region. If you can't find it, choose US or UK.
• Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
• Choose your platform
• Choose topic and issue to give EA details.
• Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!
