downloading games

hi - we purchased a game and when we tried to download it we had to get another game - both were 20.00 dollars and neither will download

@bigpeter27 Hey I removed your other post. I was able to take a quick look at your account. It seems that your first purchase was of a Sims 3 expansion pack, these need the base Sims 3 game on an account in order to be used. I see that you grabbed a copy of TS3 shortly before your post, so you should be able to play now. 

If you open the Origin client - logged in with this account- you should be able to go to the My Games page and click on the Sims 3 panel, then choose to download. 

If you have any issues try restarting Origin as administrator for a first step.
