can't download game pack for sims 4

Hey! so my mother gifted me sims 4 pack (seasons) but I can't download it when I try, all it says is "purchase" she plays with origin and I play with EA

@kusuphos  You technically need to accept the gift, and the EA App doesn't support gifting at this time.  So your options are to login to Origin and accept the gift, which you might be able to do from your mother's computer; or to have your mother request a refund from EA customer support.
