can not login at all

not used my ea account for over a year and have bf games and res alert games id like to play again.but i have forgotten my password and when i do ask for new password no email is sent to the registered one i use for it.plz how can i get my password sort as the game si have at home i can no longer play at all and like to get back in to them asap aspeacily red alert ones love this  game to death.
