account hacked

My main EA account got hacked by someone from russia, and when i opened a case about it, 4 days ago they closed my case for some reason?!?! Is there anyone from EA that can help get myu account back, much thanks.

@EA_Pulsar thanks, do you know aprox when they'll get back, cuz im scared the hacker might delete my account or do some sort of harm.
