Hi,
Can somebody please help me? I've been trying to find a way to contact support regarding an error I made when placing an order.
I bought SWTOR back in 2011 when it first came out and recently I came back to play the game free-to-play version. I wanted to upgrade and saw on Origin a SWTOR digital standard edition with expansions, coins, subscription time etc, and so I decided to buy it believing it would upgrade my already existing account.
However when I tried to redeem the code on SWTOR.com it says: "You already have the game and items associated with this Product Registration Code."
The code has not been redeemed and I would like to request a refund for my mistake however when I try to go through the refund process the game doesn't appear online as an option.
Can someone please provide me with a support email or some way I can create a support ticket?
