Why won’t EA make another Rugby Game?

Rugby is one of the largest sports in the world. 

If a good Rugby game like, Rugby 08 was made again it would sell easily. Countries such as the UK, New Zealand, Australia, France, Ireland and Italy would all have a large followers base.  

EA are more than capable of being better than the two other Rugby Series at the moment which are very average.  

So why won’t EA make another Rugby Game??
