I honestly haven't used the EA websites in years, but jesus. What a garbage design, did they literally make this crap so that it's impossible to speak to a human EA employee?
I don't have/use my old Xbox accounts anymore and now I can't use any of the EA games on Xbox Game Pass because I can't link my EA account to my Xbox account...because my old Xbox accounts are linked and it won't let me add or remove any of them ...
This website is almost as bad as the company. Well done EA. Well done.

Tested just not @FailureToReport and was able to create a chat case in minutes. What happens when you are unable to?

Is creating a chat buried under 30,000 layers of clicking? Because I literally cannot find it and any attempt to find a way to "Contact EA" just leads it in a loop of the support FAQ.
