Waiting on player

I’ve submitted a case and it’s just sat on “waiting for player” I’ve already had emails through regarding the case so I know I’m on the right email, but I’ve had no response from an admin or whatever at all. Is there something I’m meant to do?

Hey @LMPH_333 that would mean that the team has responded to you and require further info. Have you checked your spam folder?

Yep I have checked everything nothing there. It seemed to say that player waiting from the minute I sent it so not sure what that is about.
