Visa prepaid card gets error 10049

I have a prepaid debit card I got as a gift, however whenever I go to purchase titanfall, I get error #10049. I checked my purchases, and it has been sending $1.00 charges every time I tried (I'm assuming those will go away). What can I do to fix this? Here is a link to the charges.

The $1 charges are authorization charges and are normally refunded within 7 working days.

Prepaid card generally need to be registered online to your name and address before they are accepted. Also they need to be enabled for online and reoccurring purchases.
