Unable to upgrade my origins membership

I am unable to upgrade my origins membership,

I get this error message -

An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-1559674235438/offerEntries?storeId=... 400 (Bad Request)]

Anyone know what it means and how to fix it?

The issue seems to have fixed itself today, looks like it may have been some sort of server error or something.
