Unable to unlink Amazon Account - Account banned?!?

Hi,

i already tried my luck at the support. But they cannot help me. 

The problem is, that when i try to unlink my amazon account, i will get a message that my account is blocked and i´m unable to unlink the account.

I don´t really know why and how i got banned, but i still am able to access any online games. So i´m a bit stuck here....

Can someone of the Member check what the problem is? 

Just for fun i tried an linked my steam account and it worked... but when i tried to unlink, i got the same message. Its a pity that i´m able to link new accounts and bind them but unable to unlink them.

Hey @pull3rb0y if an account is banned then you will not be able to unlink any linked accounts.

@EA_Darko but i´m still able link new accounts which is a shame in my opinion...

nevertheless i want to know the reason for being banned. How can i check this? The online tool to check bans says there are no bans in histoy.

@EA_Darko No since i wasnt sure about a ban because the list on the ban history is empty.

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
