Unable to change account email,

Can't change account email, keeps saying invalid email when entering new address.

Have you ever used that email for an account with EA/Origin?

Does it say In use?

If so and you did not use it for an account or, do not remember using it. You will need to Contact An Advisor.

Not sure whether the email address has been used elsewhere. Have tried to contact support but it is only using call me phone contact in US or Canada. Can't find an email support address.
