I try to pay for a premier access but it says "This Credit Card Number is already saved to the account. Please select the credit card from the Saved Payment Method section to continue.". How to pay if it doesn't provide an option to choose a saved card

Hey @CoroNa-Medvedj when checking out do you not see the option to use the saved credit card?
It may be easiest to remove the card from your account and then add it again on check out.

Hey @KenSims06 for billing issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

I think @camoflauge999 is referring to the fact that this has been an ongoing error since 2016 for a number of folks. So it leans more towards being a massive oversight on EA's end that should be looked into as an issue within the program (and website tbh) than to an "account related issue".

agreed, this is absurd that this issue has been happening so often. its crazy that people are trying to give them money and they wont fix the issue that keeps people from doing just that.
