You can't make them work on a 32bit OS.
If you have Windows Vista or a newer version of Windows (7, 8, 8.1 or 10) the Windows product key will work for both, the 32 and the 64bit version.
Then you can get yourself a 64bit installation media here and install the 64bit version instead. (If you use a local account you need to know your Windows product key and you're only aloud to install one version at the time.)
32bit games will still work.
