Sims4 will not open since last update.

SIms 4 will not open since the last update. It crashes long before it gets to main menu.

I have uninstalled the game several times and re-installed. I have done the same to Origin,

and still crashes. It is to the point that I am ready to just delete all Origin and say * it. The 

only thing keeping me from doing that is the amount of money I have put into it. I am at a loss as to

what to do.

lumbee_bear have you tried this step, right click on the game in Origin, select Game Properties, and tick disable Origin In Game.

Solved your question ? ...please hit Accept As Solution on the post they did so others know it worked or have the curtsy to say " Thanks, but it didn't work "

I have just about had it. 

I have tried everything. 

I have done the clean reboot, 

I have done  the repair game

I have had them call me, and they sent a link that did not fix it. 

I had them call back, answered the phone and they hung up. and have not called back.

I have tried to put in another request for a call back and it tells me they have received it and will call back in allotted time. Has been a couple hours (suppose to call back in 5 min).

   I have given EA a lot of my money and have had loads of trouble for it. If this is how EA treats loyal customers, 

than I am about fed up with them.
