Why customer don't write me?

I wait much times but no one word I heard.

What is going on? I need help but support don't talking.

@axpunxpun18 Would calling the UK phone line be an option for you? If it is, I would recommend calling using VoIP software as placing a call with one of these should be cheaper then using landline/mobile.
