Refund or help?

I am trying to download and play Battlefield 1. When I try to play the game I get a message that says I need to install the latest AMD driver. I haven't found any examples of people successfully solving this problem. Here is the error message and here are my computer specs. Origin says that I can play with the game only being loaded 29% do I just need to wait for the whole thing? Can I even play the game? If not how can I even get a refund?

So, have you tried to update your driver? Also, please attach your DxDiag file How to create a DxDiag file
