Hello, 07/01 day buy the fifa15 on the website of origin, until the day 08 morning I could use without problems, then yesterday I returned to use the game and I appeared an icon pedia me a "Product code" check my games Fifa15 origin and had been erased from hotmail to find the product code and I had not gotten any code, I noticed order history and put me "Failed" but when I noticed was saying enlarge the purchase is complete. Because of this I started to look for ways to solve the problem and not solved. Today also see the statement of my card and silver had been deducted from my balance, so the game will charge me.
I'm looking for solution to my problem from already thank you very much!
