PLEASE HELP!

I have the Sims 4 and Origin downloaded. I tried to install Get To Work. When i closed my sims 4, origin was closed when i didnt close it. Now when I try to open sims or origin, it doesnt open. Is it because the Get To Work is downloading? Please someone help me im getting really upset and frustrated!! Also I am on a PC and windows 10

@flowerbee0405 Hi, you should have still been accessible, though some times things slow down as installing a game can be demanding on a system. 

Were you able to get the game installed in the end, and is everything working? If not, please let us know what's going wrong, hopefully we can get it cleared up quickly.
