Hello,
I made this post already on the french forums but got no answers there (same via the help chat), so I'm trying my luck here!
I've been playing via Origin for 2 months without any problems at all. I was playing again on Saturday morning but then it stopped working in the afternoon. More precisely, Origin stopped working. I click on it, it appears for 2 to 5 seconds in the processes tab of the task manager, then it disappear and nothing happens.
I've tried everything recommended in the forums: resolutions settings, true color (32 bit), run as administrator, clean boot, uninstall with CC cleaner, manually uninstalling it (http://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/), uninstalling my games, etc... Absolutely nothing works.
On another thread someone was having the same problem as me and was asked to copy paste his Client_Log.txt, Bootstrapper_Log.txt and OriginClientService_Log.txt. I only have bootstrapper_log in my program data origin file, so here it is:
Thanks for the help!

You need to use system recovery to bring it back to factory settings, for your OS.

If you use Internet Explorer do the steps...
-resetting your Internet Explorer settings: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737?
Open Internet Explorer and clicked the little gear wheel in the top right corner of the browser.
-click Internet Options
-click Security Tab
-click Trusted Sites
-click Sites in the little box
A window popped up and had the Origin web address in the 'add this website to the zone' box.
-click Add
-click Close
If you use Google Chrome do this steps...
-resetting your Chrome https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en
-there are the steps on how you can add a site to the list of trusted sites.
-click the Chrome Menu icon on the far right of the Address bar.
-click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
-click on Change proxy settings (under Network)
-click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
-click Close > OK.
Now it's time to restart your PC
And now do the steps...
-add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1
-make sure you are the administrator, run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
-updating your Origin client..to the latest Beta version /top left Origin menu, Application Settings - General and restart Origin.

(sorry this was posted twice)

I've tried and it still doesn't work. (what do you mean, for chrome, by "Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add." ? I added https://www.origin.com - hope that's what you meant)
On the plus side, I now have two more files inside the program data origin folder: a folder called SelfUpdate (with nothing inside) and a file called local.xml, they both weren't there the last install I did.
The new Bootstrapper_Log says:

Yes so had to Chrome

Wanderingdwarf go to SAFE MODE and do the step
Manually uninstalled http://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/
Run CCleaner and http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
install https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download
updating your Origin client..to the latest Beta version /top left Origin menu, Application Settings - General and restart Origin.
Look here to enter in Safe Mod http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows...
What is SAFE MOD ?
- In Safe Mode operating system will have a reduced functionality, but the task of solving problems will be easier because most components (services, drivers, programs, etc.) that are not critical system will not be loaded.
- Safe Mode provides access to diagnostic tools and programs, giving the user the ability to solve problems that prevent the operating system to work properly. Safe Mode is intended as a way to maintain and not an operating mode.

That didn't work either.
The Bootstrapper_Log has changed a bit, but seems the EULA thing is still blocking it:
April 2015
Follow these steps ,to get rid of the problem
Open Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer. enter the following address into your address bar and press "Enter/Return"
and go in
C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache
-delete the files in this directory
-type in start menu search box -'folder options'.click on it .check show hidden folders and files .
Launch Origin and login to your Origin account.
-ensure Origin is fully closed by clicking the Origin Menu and selecting Exit.
- use the Windows search and type the following locations one at a time and delete the "Origin" folder in each location :
C:\ProgramData\
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\
Restart your PC open Origin from desktop ,accept user agreement, then Origin will update .
Do not forget
Make sure you are the administrator, run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
-update your Origin client to the latest Beta version /top left Origin menu, Application Settings - General

My problem is that I don't have that folder: C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache
in C:\ProgramData\Origin\ I only have: Logs folder, SelfUpdate folder and a file called local.

...then i think you can try a Clean Boot: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
