I want to use my old retail bought Spore code and sync it with my origin account but it says the code has already been used. (It has by me on an old pc). Is there a way to get the key to work without me buying a new copy?
EDIT: i did try using the ea live chat but never got a reply. It said the estimated wait time was 5 minutes and after waiting 2 hours i still did not get an answer

I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
