No help with changing Xbox acct to different ea acct

I’m not getting any help with moving my Xbox acct to a different ea acct I have no access to the email on that file I didn’t have any info that there asking about even on file because it wasn’t needed 14 years ago when it was created is there any way I can get help to just transfer my file over to a different ea acct since I can’t even play madden without a valid acct now

Dont bother, they dont care enough to help people here, they alreayd have your money, now they can get more if it when you replace the games.  EA has a long history of dropping the ball when it comes to the professionalism of customer service

I’ve been contacting for days and no one is helping at all and I haven’t even had the option to talk on the phone

If you're wanting to transfer your account or merge accounts with another then you need to have access to both or at least be able to verify that both accounts are yours.
