I have a case with EA, it is show “no fix available” what does that mean? Can there be anything done or am I just left in the dark and going to have to suffer? Can EA Compensate me for this inexcusable customer service?

At this point that would mean our advisors are unable to manually fix the issue you've reported on their end, and had just advised you to report this as a bug.
This is an older title so you'd be able to use this forum to start a new thread about the issue.
I'm afraid there would not be anything else we could provide for this situation at this time, sorry.
