No fix available - Open Case

I have a case with EA, it is show “no fix available” what does that mean? Can there be anything done or am I just left in the dark and going to have to suffer? Can EA Compensate me for this inexcusable customer service?

Hey @kawalerak47,

At this point that would mean our advisors are unable to manually fix the issue you've reported on their end, and had just advised you to report this as a bug.

This is an older title so you'd be able to use this forum to start a new thread about the issue.

I'm afraid there would not be anything else we could provide for this situation at this time, sorry.

@EA_Mako Hi, so what your saying is I’m out of luck unless I buy a new game when the game I was playing was working fine for me until I came across this glitch.

@kawalerak47 I’m having the same trouble I was beat out of almost 70 dollars trying to buy apex coins that never showed up & no I got a no fix available too
