I just had a look at your post but I had to use google translate to see what the message means, this is what I found:
"The Origin account logged in account does not have access to the installed language for this game. Re-install the game in the allowed language or sign in with another account."
I've seen this error message before and there were several solutions found:
1. Reinstall Origin
2. Make sure that you install the game on the C: drive. Some players experienced similar issues when the game was installed on the D: drive.
You can change the settings in Origin by clicking on Origin > Application Settings > Installs and Saves > Game Library Location
Make sure that there is a C:\Origin Games\ folder on your hard drive before changing the location.
