My origin won't load.

I have had sims 4 for about five months. I bought a laptop to go with it I was trying on the laptop until someone told me that my laptop was not big enough. So I started trying on my windows 7 computer. My computer is like 7 years old. And my grandma didn't really take good care of it so it had all lot of viruses. I rebooted my computer and they were gone. All good. I redownloded it and when I clicked on it but it would just pop up as a tiny white square . It would automatically exit of say that it had trouble starting correctly. I saw once it said had a complete breakdown or something like that I don't really remember . But I want to play my game someone please help me.

Restart your machine .
