Hi,
While i was in work, i got 3 e mails and when i came home, i can't loggin into my account.
The emails topics are down below
in the 3rd e-mail, there is a "If you never made this change, please click here to change your email address back and change your password" button but the link is broken and gives this error message "The page you are trying to access is not available."
Please help me to recover my account,

Note: i also tried to contact EA game advisor but they suggest me to phone call. i live in turkey, but your system only accept US or CANADA mobile numbers.

This is indeed something an Advisor would need to look into. You can change the country in the top left corner of help.ea.com to get the appropriate contact options for your country.

Thanks for the answer.
I changed the country from top left corner as you said but i cannot connect to live chat for two days. i have tried 27 times.
is there anyway to solve my problem via e-mail.?All the games i owned are gone. I have "order confirmations" mail at my inbox.

You will need to get in touch with an EA Game Advisor on the phone as this is unfortunately an issue that cannot be resolved via live chat.

I broke through the mail, and it is my account, after the fraudster has changed my number on her, there is a photo of purchase, you can change it in my room or contact me by e-mail?
