My game won't show up in my library

Last year I bought and downloaded the sims 4 limited edition. It worked perfectly and I never had any problems. But today I wanted to play but I lost disc 1 but I still have disc 2 and the promo code. When I went onto my library it didn't show the sims 4, which is odd so I put in the second disc and entered the promo code but it said it has already been used. What should I do?

Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register the game? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
