My account has been compromised and I can't get anyone to help me!

Twitter told me I needed to use the live support function, as did the email I got in response to my support ticket, but I cannot find any way to actually use the live support chat on this website, and there is no phone number anywhere. I just need someone to help me change my email address because I think someone changed it or something. Whenever I try to reset my password or email, I get sent an email with some kind of security code, but the email never comes so clearly the hacker did something to stop me from receiving these emails. Someone at EA, please give me some help.
