Reposting this because I sent it on the wrong board.

 

anyway,

 

I was falsely banned from origin, when I try to log in, it says that “log in is unavailable please try again later” but hewn I tried to log in on my phone, it just said that my account was disabled. I already filed a support case, but thought might as well ask here. I would like to know why I was banned, and how/when I can get unbanned, because I’ve spent a lot of both money and time into my account, and I don’t want it to just be gone because I was banned for something I didn’t do. Please help,

Hey @iToasty3 if you think that there is a ban on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

For the Ban-Reason: Most likely you have an email under unwanted or spam inbox. Please try to find that email!

Checked all my emails, both spam and inbox from EA. I was either banned for some stupid reason or falsely banned, which is what I think happened.

Just thinking about it now, when I first unlocked crypto, my internet got throttled, and I was being rubber banded back every 5 seconds in game. Maybe the anti cheat thought I was using hacks or something?

hey did you ever get unbanned because I think the exact same thing happened to me I was teleporting due to lag in an apex game went into the range a bit logged off then came back later to the same error cant log in on any account my main or my alt and i got an email saying it was due to the fact that i violated the TOS without any specifications. I submitted a ban appeal form and I still haven't gotten a response (its been about 6 days).

@EA_Darko This has to be the most * answer i see on the forums.

All they will do is send you an automated message saying they've looked at the account and they will not reverse the decision.

Best thing to do is encourage all your friends to stop buying EA related crap
