I want to delete account or change email

I keep getting spam from EA about New Sign-in on WEB. I dont care about this account, I dont even remember when I created it and all the data is entered false. I just dont want it to be associated with my email. And I dont have time to wait for chat. I have already tagged EA as spam in my email client, but I think I just dont want my main email to be associated with EA.
