I need help!

How can I change my email without access to it? I have had my account since 2015. The email currently linked to it is no longer an email at all. Google deleted it. I want to put my current email in there, but it keeps asking for a code that is sent to the email address that doesn't exist anymore. I don't know what to do. I have reached out to Google. I have reached out to Ea, there has been no help or even ways to help. My current email is [edit: email address removed]. Please if anyone has anyway to help reach out there. I don't know what to do and I don't want to lose all my games and progress.
