So I have just bought fifa 15 ultimate team and I downloaded it and when i try to run it,  it says some kind of error which i mentioned earlier. Would you be kind and help me because i really want to play it... My specifications are: CPU: Intel Core Quad Q8200 2,33GHz, GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9500GT, RAM:4GB OS: Windows 7, 64bit

The clock speed of your CPU is also slight below, albeit very close.

Is there any chance you could play the game on another computer or would you be able to upgrade your system?

Hello again, there is no chance i upgrade my PC and i bought this game from <unauthorized retailer - link removed #4> and downloaded it from Origin.. but is there any chance that i could start the Fifa 15 because i really want to play it...

You must upgrade from a Dx10 GPU to a Dx11 card.  Nothing older than a Geforce GTX 460 will work:

Software cannot make changes to hardware.  That ancient 9500 GT was barely a mid-level Dx10 graphics card back when it was new, so its low performance equates to about where a GT 630 was at the time the official minimum 650 was released.

Therefore, even if it made any difference on handling Dx11 features, and it DOES NOT, that entire PC is just very slow anyway.

I understand that but I should can start the game even if it laggs. I have GTA 5 which has 50GB more than Fifa 15 and i can start it (even if it laggs without errors) and i cant start a 10GB game. I would like to play it even if it laggs i just want to play it...

The problem is that the game engine is not running correctly on your machine as it just isn't sufficiently powerful. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do there, the only way would be to upgrade your computer.
