I dont get the game after i write the cod

I buy Star Wars battlefront 2, i write cod and ea crash out. After i restatr the ea the game wasn't in my library. I wrote the cod again and i cant use it because im already use it. What can i do??

Hi @miklostamas1756 To confirm you redeemed a CD Key for Battlefront 2 that has not appeared in your library? where was the code purchased from? 

Also when you have a moment try the following then restart the EA app to check if the game appears. 

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
  
• Confirm in your EA Account settings page that the game shows under the Order History section
