Unluckily you can't change it alone, so contacting EA Support is the only option. Have you changed the country in top left corner of EA Help site to your one? It might have more contact options. However, I wouldn't get my hopes too high - security question is a sensitive information, and that's why phone call usually is the only option (as it's the safest form of contact).
