I changed my phone number, so I can't log into my account

I'm about to punch my computer.. I changed my number a month ago, and forgot it was linked to my main origin account for security. Now I can't even log in, and so I made this account to try and get ahold of support and it tells me they will call me, well my number isn't even attached to here and I don't know how to add it. This is ridiculous! I had better not of lost all my games or I will be really pissed off.

It wants me to sign in to do anything, and I can't sign in via that account
