I cant play sims 4 it wont show up on my games

I was trying to play sims 4 but when i went to origin it didnt show up on my games so when i clicked on my desktop shortcut it said i need to activate the game by using my promo code (i've played it before on this computer using this account) so i entered my promo code and it say that the promo code has already been used and i know that cause i already entered it but it wont let me play when i was just playing yesterday..... what do i do??

Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register the game? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
