How many EA Accounts Can I use the code on EX Wife has a EA Account,I have EA Account,Brother Has EA Account 

Seller told me it could be used on UNLIMITED Computers and Unlmited EA Accounts 

Is that true 

I have code Just do not want to try it on mine and then not work on wifes ETC

This is incorrect information. While you can install the game on multiple computer, the code can only be registered once, on one account.

For this reason we do not permit reselling of our games.

Please get in touch with the retailer and request a refund. You can then buy the game and expansions either directly from us or from one of our partners: http://help.ea.com/en/article/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/
