Gaming library blank

Look I just got origins downloaded on my hp windows 10 laptop, after that I bought command and conquer the ultimate edition, and on the web game library it says everything is there but when I open up to the actually origin laucher, I can’t download nor see these games, please help I was really excited for this

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you please check your Origin Library now? 

If the issue still persists, try the following:

Clear your Origin cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

Try to run Origin as Administrator.
