Game won't open. an error has occured.

Trying to play Sims4 and it won't open. Instead I get a box that says "Invalid License. Reason code= missing DLL:[msvcp120.dll] Error: 0x7E

What do I need to do?

Please help.

Im having a similar problem, mine says missing DLL:[msvcp120.dll] Error: 0xC1

It didnt help me but i downloaded this software http://es.dll-files.com/thank-you-for-installing/?type=trial&down_file=msvcp120.dll and that solve my problem.
