Why is it so hard to ask questions for EA? Should be pretty straight forward sign in and ask a question. 

also fix your games. Seems you guys have zero respect for how the games are meant to be played and just care about getting money. I really hope a new platform of gaming comes in and steals all your business. I know if another nhl came out that wasn’t made by EA I would switch. It’s the most unreliable fake game ever. 

Why is EA connection so awful as well? 

maybe take a year to fix all your bugs and make a game that your proud of rather then pumping the exact same game out for the past 10 years.

Where are you trying to ask questions? We're pretty responsive here and in the NHL forums on both Answers HQ and the official forums. Can you tell me what your issues with NHL are? It sounds like they may be connection-related, but you're also seemingly concerned with the annual releases. If you can give me some more details, I'd be happy to talk about my favorite game series with you
