FUT Champs glitch [ Edited ]

I was in a fut champs game. 4-0 up and on course to get another easy win. I went to tackle a player and the ball flew up in the air and it didn’t come back down, it just disappeared. The clock kept running in the top right all the way up until 90 minutes where there was 2 minutes added time. However the game didn’t end and it kept running all the way into 100+ minutes. The game would have gone on for infinity. Anyway in the end it made me quit due to inactivity and I received a loss due to this in game EA error.

i really hope I can be gifted with something in compensation for the loss. But if this is not possible, at least I have made you aware that these kind of glitches happen in important tournaments like fut  champions
