Errors 9006 and 10048 when trying to use Paypal to buy Battlefield 4 Premium

Hello,

I have bought several games through Paypal and direct credit card, both worked in the past.

Yesterday I wanted to buy Battlefield 4 Premium using my Paypal account in wich I have almost 30 dollars available, and wanted to pay the rest with my Visa card, wich is selected as default, the game costs 34 dollars, but when I'm trying to Pay Now it gives me one of 2 errors, 9006 and 10048. I've been trying to check out in different times these days. I need some help here.

2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.
