i made a support ticket a few days ago(case 169976176). But when i view the case it keeps saying "waiting on player" even if i click to resume the case. i haven't been emailed or asked to give any further info.

Hey @CrazzledDazzle have you checked your email folders for a response from the team and ensure that it is the correct account?

Hello! yes i have checked, i have not received any follow-up for my support case. When i view it on EA help, it says "waiting on player" and says i need to resume the case. when i click resume, it doesn't seem to actually resume and just tells me to press the resume case button again.

Now my support case has been auto-closed but the issue wasn't fixed? and when i click "resume case" i am unable to resume the case.
