I have been playing my PS4 account, and I seldom play my PC account. I only play my PC account when I take my PC out。

I think my PC was infected with the virus, so my account was stolen by hackers.

The hacker used my account and cheating software.

I'm innocent. I have been playing apex games for a long time and have spent a lot of money on this account. Since the opening of the server, I have been playing this game.

On average, there are 1,000 hours a year.

I can't cheating. I hope the official will give me an innocence

I think this hacker used my account on September 22 pm，And used cheating software.

I hope the official can find out the truth and remove my ban.

Only our Terms of Service team can review bans or suspensions. 

If they have completed multiple reviews of your situation but declined to remove the ban, that is not something we'll be able to change here either.

This page has the general information to follow regarding account bans or suspensions, however since you've gone through those appeals already without success, I'm afraid that will be final.

I'll be locking the thread here as it's not something that can be changed or addressed on the forums.

@Anonymous Sorry to say but if the ToS team has denied your appeal then there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.
