Dear official,My game data has not been transferred from XBOX to my PS5,After unbinding XBOX, it is bound to PS5 again, and the in-game data is not transferred but starts with a new account,So I request the official to help me transfer the game data from my XBOX to my PS5,thank!

Just to clarify, which game are you referring to here?

Not all games offer cross-progression between platforms, so it would unfortunately not be possible to transfer your game data in those instances.

For example, if this is in reference to Apex Legends, your progress would still be kept on Xbox, but if you're now playing on PS5 you would need to start fresh on that account.
