Command and Conquer 3 red alert 3 directx 9.0 error

Command and Conquer 3 and red alert 3 Directx 9.0 error. I know for a fact tons of people have this problem. I also know for a fact that alot of people can play these 2 games on windows 10. How there are getting it to work is my question. I have done a lot of research test etc etc... 

I need some real tech support with this matter. I can run Red alert 2 and generals and ofcourse CnC 4. So whats up with directx 9.0??

Have you installed DirectX 9.0, if not can you please attempt to do so as when running older games such as C&C3 it is always advisable to install the DirectX version that was available when the game was released as various elements are removed from subsequent releases of it.
